I will work with you to learn new ways of coping and to help you develop skills that will assist in your healing process. Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I specialize in treating trauma. I have extensive experience working with survivors of sexual trauma and domestic violence as well as other types of trauma.
